The Intelligence of Simplicity

When it comes to soothing anxiety—the simpler, the better.  This may be hard to believe when anxiety, itself, is flowing fiercely through your thoughts, feelings and body. Surely such a complexity of disturbing thoughts and feelings could only be relieved by PhD material??? But textbooks filled with scientific terms cannot possibly help when you are anxious because the very density of the text boosts the sense of ‘overwhelm’. It is easy to confuse intellectual with helpful, when these two don’t really mesh. Natural = helpful. After all, a river doesn’t find it difficult to flow, nor a flower to bloom. You would have ‘thought’ your way out of anxiety a long time ago if ‘intellect’ alone could accomplish this. Check out the natural, easy, gentle, simple material in Anxiety Soothers.
